You will serve as a trusted advisor and essential point of contact for our clients, providing prompt, precise guidance on benefits and claims. Your expertise will help customers navigate complex policies with confidence, ensuring they receive the support and clarity they need at every step.

 

Be Part of Our Success

 

  • Respond to enquiry cases regarding benefits and personal claims reimbursement via email and phone with accuracy and timeliness
  • Maintain detailed case logs and compile monthly reports for management review
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of cases, including sending follow-up reminders
  • Escalate urgent or sensitive cases for prioritised handling
  • Identify areas for process improvement and provide feedback when necessary

Qualities We Value

 

  • Minimum Diploma holder, preferably with experience in customer service
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  • Desire to go the extra mile for customers
  • Meticulous with keen attention to details, service oriented and a good team player
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Words and Excel)
  • Knowledge with SAP-HR will be an added advantage
