You will be required to work in a team to process claims in a timely manner. At the same time, you will also facilitate to ensure that data generated is accurate. Where required, you will need to provide feedback and highlight improvements to the systems to enhance operational effectiveness, and to perform prompt recoveries.
Be Part of Our Success
Process – Handling medical, transport, dental and other miscellaneous claims processing for clients in line with policies. Ensure that all claims are approved timely and accurately before being processed for payments. Assist in solving customers' enquiries pertaining to claims. Exercise independent analysis and judgement according to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and recommend course of action when responding to clients and customers.
Coordinate – Correspond with HR business partners to retrieve data and inputs necessary for relevant benefits and entitlements.
Investigate – Report data inaccuracies in systems and report to managers and clients for advice. Highlight and recommend improvements and solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Audit – Maintain a secured archival of data files and payment records to support audit exercises.
Communicate – Provide clear and concise responses to any queries raised through email by employees and/or clients in a professional manner to achieve positive customer experience.
Qualities We Value

Minimum ‘A’ Levels or Diploma

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, minimally Intermediate level
