Title:  DevSecOps Engineer

We are seeking a DevSecOps Engineer with 3–6 years of hands-on experience to enhance our development pipelines and ensure secure, reliable software delivery. You will work closely with development, security, and operations teams to build and maintain DevSecOps processes and tools that support scalable and compliant digital systems, particularly in the public sector.

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines that embed security, quality, and compliance checks.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and application deployment.
• Integrate static (SAST), dynamic (DAST), and software composition analysis (SCA) tools into the development lifecycle.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance, deployment processes, and security vulnerabilities.
• Enforce secure coding practices and assist in implementing policies for code quality and security standards.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and system administrators to ensure smooth and secure delivery of software solutions.
• Support container orchestration platforms and cloud-native services (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure).
• Maintain and document DevSecOps workflows, tools, and best practices.

Qualities We Value

• 3–6 years of experience in DevOps or DevSecOps roles with strong exposure to CI/CD automation and secure development practices.
• Proficient with tools such as GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, Sonatype, AquaSec, or equivalent.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiar with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
• Solid understanding of secure software development and DevSecOps principles.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
