As an HR Associate, you will deliver efficient and accurate HR support across various HR service lines. This includes responsibilities such as managing staff re-appointments, posting of job advertisements on job portals, generating employment certificates and staff identification cards. This role requires strong attention to detail, a strong client-focused mindset, and the ability to support operational efficiency while meeting stakeholder needs.
Be Part of Our Success
- Responsible for processing job postings for the client’s workforce.
- Responsible for processing high volumes of staff re-appointments in accordance with the client’s internal policies and processes.
- Responsible for generating Employment certificates and responding promptly to staff enquiries.
- Responsible for generation and issuance of staff identification cards
- Provide support for other HR-related tasks as required.
- Ensuring that HR services are being delivered in accordance with the established Service Level Agreement (SLAs) while maintaining high standards of accuracy, timeliness and compliance
- Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all applicable regulations and laws.
Qualities We Value
- At least 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in Human Resources. Prior working experience in an educational, academic, or research environment will be an added advantage
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and employment legislation
- Strong organisational skills, with keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks and manage high-volume transactional work independently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (particularly Microsoft Excel); familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS) is an advantage.
- Prior experience with SAP and familiarity with Macros will be an added advantage
