Our Mission Software & Services business provides leading-edge mission critical command, control, and communications (C3) systems with secured IT infrastructure and managed services. You will assist in implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer systems and networks. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates who have a foundational understanding of system engineering and are eager to grow their skills and experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.

• Assist in the development and deployment of new systems, applications, and network configurations.
• Help in the installation, configuration, and testing of operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
• Support senior engineers in system integration and performance tuning.
• Monitor system performance and ensure the reliability and availability of IT infrastructure.
• Perform regular system maintenance tasks, including updates, patches, and backups.
• Assist in the development and implementation of preventative maintenance procedures.
• Provide first-level support for system issues and user problems.
• Assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
• Document and escalate complex problems to senior engineers when necessary.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Assist in preparing reports on system performance, incidents, and improvements.
• Contribute to the development of technical guides and manuals for end-users.

Qualities We Value

• Experience in system engineering, IT support, or a related role.
• Internships or practical experience in system administration or engineering are advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.) and network fundamentals.
• Familiarity with system monitoring tools and software.
• Understanding of security principles and practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
