You will be required to work in a team to process HR Learning & Development. You will be required to provide feedback and highlight improvements to the systems to enhance operational effectiveness.

 

Be Part of Our Success

 

Leave Admin:

Manage Leave group mailbox.

Support leave management such as joiner, leave, year-end leave calculation and staff queries.

Liaise with staff, manager and HR (BP, Payroll) to obtain necessary information needed for calculating actual leave entitlement/utilization of leave days.

Support system enhancement, review leave application process, preparation of user requirements, UAT relating to use of SAP SF Leave System.

 

Training Admin:

Manage L&D group mailbox.

Set up Catalogue and Courses on LMS.

Track mandatory eLearning completion status and send reminder emails to delinquents.

Track and upload learning hours for in-house, external, and online training sessions.

Support Learners Registration on external training sites, all types of training including mandatory eLearning.

Event Management (Logistics – Venue, F&B, Training materials).

Drive program awareness and engagement.

Raise and assist in course grants submission.

Manage digital portal access and download learning reports.

Oversee training and HR related procurement activities and invoice payments.

Coordinate with new and existing vendors for training programs, including onboarding for new vendors.

Prepare reports for audits and financial year-end sustainability purposes.

 

Qualities We Value

 

  • Minimum Diploma in any discipline
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Leave & Training Admin. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, minimally Intermediate level
  • Entry level candidates will be considered
  • Familiarity with SAP/SuccessFactors
