About our Business – Unmanned & Integrated Systems 

Our Unmanned & Integrated Systems business offers holistic solutions in system engineering and integration. We pioneer maritime robotics and autonomy solutions, provide system integration for complex naval and island air defence System-of-Systems (SoS), and take care of the operation and maintenance of Command, Control, Communications, Computers Intelligence (C4I) systems. We cater to the needs of Defence, Public Safety & Security, and Commercial clients worldwide, providing seamless and innovative services that redefine possibilities.

As a Product Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and improvement of products. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that products meet customer needs, performance standards, and regulatory requirements. The Product Engineer will drive innovation, resolve technical issues, and oversee the product from concept through production.

Be Part of Our Success

• Develop and refine product designs, considering functionality, user experience, aesthetics, and manufacturability.
• Conduct feasibility studies and prototype testing to validate design concepts.
• Collaborate on or contribute to control algorithms, motor control, sensor fusion, and real‑time system behavior.
• Support schematic design, component selection, PCB integration, and electrical system validation.
• Identify and address design and engineering issues, implementing solutions to improve product performance and reliability.
• Prepare technical documentation and user manuals for internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and propose improvements where appropriate.

Qualities We Value

• Knowledge in Engineering / Computer Science, or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in product engineering or a related role, preferably in the maritime industry
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
