Our Mission Software & Services business provides leading-edge mission critical command, control, and communications (C3) systems with secured IT infrastructure and managed services. We support our client’s innovation journey through design thinking, analytics, and AI-enabled decision support with our full suite of cloud computing solutions. We provide intelligent, actionable insights and sustainable solutions to our valued partners in diverse industries including defence, government, and commercial sectors.

You will lead end-to-end product delivery, from discovery through launch and measurement, while coaching client Product Managers to build lasting capability. This is a consultancy role: you own outcomes, not just outputs, and you bring the same rigour to enabling others as you do to shipping products.

 

Be Part of Our Success

  • Identify riskiest assumptions and design validation initiatives; define OKRs and outcome-based roadmaps.
  • Plan and run user research (interviews, usability tests) that validate or kill hypotheses before build.
  • Define Product strategy, Story Mapping and writing user stories with clear acceptance criteria, facilitate backlog refinement and sprint planning
  • Track delivery KPIs (velocity, cycle time), manage dependencies and mitigate risks proactively
  • Define go-to-market strategies, measurement frameworks, and analytics instrumentation
  • Analyse post-launch data and drive iterative improvements, facilitate retrospectives
  • Coach client Product Managers through daily pairing, identify gaps and tailor enablement.
  • Create psychologically safe environments for learning and collaboration
  • Facilitate workshops, demos, and stakeholder alignment; navigate complex organizational dynamics

 

Qualities We Value

  • Experience: 8+ years across the full product lifecycle, shipping end-to-end; track record of leading discovery and killing projects when evidence demands it.
  • Coaching: Experience enabling Product Managers or Owners through pairing or mentorship in a consultancy or client-facing context.
  • Methods: Lean Startup, Continuous Discovery, OKRs, JTBD, Impact Mapping, outcome-based roadmaps.
  • Mindset: Empathy, end-to-end ownership; intellectual humility to pivot; energised by enabling others as much as delivering yourself.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with SG Gov ecosystem (SHIP-HATS, SG Tech Stack, GeBIZ) or prior experience with Singapore Government agencies.
