As an Experienced Project Manager, you will lead, manage, and oversee systems.
You will be responsible for the timely and successful delivery of complex solutions, managing multi-disciplinary teams, coordinating with key stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
Additionally, you will apply Agile methodologies to ensure flexibility, continuous improvement, and adaptive planning.

Project Leadership & Delivery
- Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of project.
- Ensure that the project deliverables are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget, meeting or exceeding stakeholder expectations.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of projects, ensuring proper coordination across functional areas.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, work plans, and risk management strategies while adhering to Agile principles.
Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the main point of contact between client, internal teams, and vendors to ensure alignment of goals, timelines, and expectations.
- Regularly report on project progress to senior leadership and key stakeholders, including financial performance, risks, and issues.
- Conduct regular project reviews, ensuring stakeholders are kept informed of critical milestones and potential issues.
Risk Management & Problem Resolution
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track and ensure their success.
- Resolve issues and conflicts that arise during project execution, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders as needed.
Team Management & Collaboration
- Lead and mentor cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring clear communication.
- Facilitate resource allocation and task prioritization to meet project demands.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, driving teams to identify opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure all project activities comply with relevant regulations, security standards, and organizational policies.
- Oversee the quality assurance process for the delivery.
Qualities We Value
- At least 8-10 years of experience in project management
- Proven experience in managing complex projects for defence, or ministry.
- Experience applying Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) to technology-related projects.
- Advanced project management skills with a deep understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Strong background in Command and Control systems design, integration, and implementation.
- Experience with Agile frameworks, including managing sprints, backlog refinement, and iterative planning.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to interact with senior stakeholders and lead diverse teams.
- Experience in working with agencies and understanding of security protocols.
- In-depth knowledge of risk management, budget control, and resource management in large-scale projects.
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Jira, Confluence, etc.)
