Job Responsbilites

  1. Day to day maintenance , health checks for security Infra component consist of software and hardware appliances. (Ensure customer services availability up to 99.99%)
  2. Software cycle and Patch management for Fortinet(Forti-portal, firewall ,Authenticator, FortiManager and FortiAnalyzer) ,Radware DDOS solution, PAM appliance , Dell servers , Network Packet broker, Kiwi syslog, FireEye, and Sophos EDR existing live projects . (On time software upgrade , patching )
  3. Incident handling for different customer services such as DDOS investigation, vFW deployment support and services.
  4. Vulnerability resolution on software and hardware appliances and virtual machines.
  5. Firewall Policy management for internal and public exposed network. (Up to 50 change requests for policy in one month)
  6. Support in DDOS tech refresh and other engineering timelines throughout 2024 and onwards.
  7. Support renewal for license renewal,  maintenance support and onsite replacement including RMA for fault parts .  

 

Requirements

  1. Strong knowledge of software cycle management, patch management, and timely software upgrades for the mentioned technologies.
  2. Experience in coordinating and executing software and hardware upgrades and patching within specified timelines.

 

Reporting Relationship

  • The incumbent will be reporting to Assistant Principal Engineer
