Title:  Senior Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Perform operation and support, maintenance for IT systems in a 24 x 7 environment.
• Respond to service requests, incidents, with follow up to stake holders.
• Perform scheduled maintenance tasks to ensure systems are in operational conditions.
• Maintain performance and high serviceability of IT systems.
• Responds to queries, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problem, and determines and implements solution.
• Support operation exercise.
• Assist in management of the inventory of tools and IT equipment.
• Assist in upkeeping of maintenance records.
• Liaise with customers on maintenance schedule and execution of works.
• Liaise with suppliers and providers for support.
• Assist in QA checks and audit.
• Perform tasks as and when assigned by superior.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year working experience in IT/Cybersecurity related fields.
• Experienced in RHEL OS
• Experience in Operating Systems and Computer Networks.
• Experience in System Management (monitoring, support, maintenance, reporting)
• Ability to understand written requirements and apply relevant solutions.
• Ability to work under pressure and is both independent as well as a team player.
• Strong customer focus and customer-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills with all levels.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Certifications in any of the following is advantageous (CCNA, MCSE, VMware, SAN Storage).
