We are looking for an experienced Business Excellence Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with safety representatives and the Safety Officer to support operational activities. This role also involves engaging with Business Unit representatives and other stakeholders on Business Continuity matters. Additionally, the candidate will actively lead and support corporate office upgrading projects, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, and Staff Wellness programs.

 

Be Part of Our Success

Environment, Health & Safety (EHS)

  • Serve as Deputy EHS Management Representative and Committee Chair.
  • Liaise with certification bodies, headquarters, and consultants on audit matters.
  • Plan, organize, and conduct internal and external audits, report findings, and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Work with Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) to coordinate and plan monthly EHS committee meetings and ensure timely closure of action items.
  • Investigate EHS-related incidents and manage non-conformance, corrective, and preventive actions.
  • Work with WSHO on monthly EHS inspections and address building-related EHS issues.
  • Support Group Safety activities
  • Work with WSHO to plan Safety-related training and workshops
  • Monitor and ensure all safety appointments are filled, and coordinate with Business Units to request replacements when necessary
  • Work with BU Ops/HR for training &/workshop

 

Business Continuity Management (BCM)

  • Serve as Deputy BCM Coordinator
  • Collaborate with BU/Div BCM Coordinators in BCM Planning
  • Consolidation and updating of Business Continuity Plan and related documentation
  • Coordinate Discrete Exercise
  • Plan, organize and conduct internal & external audits, reporting of findings and follow-up on corrective actions
  • Work with BU Ops/HR for training &/workshop 

 

Space Optimization & Allocation

  • Work with BU Ops for new space requirements
  • Engage Building Owner for new space requirements
  • Support BE Manager on space allocation planning
  • Actively assess workspace for optimization

 

Facility-related activities

  • POC for facility-related issues
  • Lead and support corporate office renovation activities (including weekends and after office hours when required). Liaise with contractors for new requirements, issuing quotations, monitoring and tracking progress.

 

Corporate Activities

  • Undertake role of Corporate Social Responsibilities Rep
  • Support Hd Ops for CSR planning and activities
  • Support in Staff Wellness activities 

 

Qualities We Value

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong working knowledge with prior experience on ISO standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 22301)

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking across diverse responsibilities
