ST Engineering Cloud and Data Centre Solutions Pte Ltd provides all aspects of cloud management, services, and solutions, from initial setup and migration to ongoing operations and optimization. Services include engineering works to design, build and provide facility management service for mission critical environments such data centers, disaster recovery, and business continuity sites.

The Administrative Executive supports daily business operation in the office.

This individual requires to be a team player that work cohesively with other colleagues and provides essential support to executives, managers, and other office personnel. Their duties typically handling correspondence, handling of billings, putting up purchases and performing a variety of clerical tasks. Expected that job tasks will be rotated every few years to ensure executive are familiar with various tasks within the office.

Staff Timesheet Management

  • Send reminders, consolidating, reconciliation and submission of staff timesheets

Office Suppliers / Asset Management  

  • Track, check, replenish and make purchase arrangement
  • Support managers/executive to raise purchase requisition

General Administration

  • Assist with staff carpark application
  • Assist with Telco subscription / termination
  • Assist projects documentations / job opening / amendments
  • Perform raising of banker guarantee, billings (credit notes if needed)
  • Others ad-hoc administrative duties when assigned

Qualities We Value

  • Familiar with SAP will be advantage
