The Director of Maritime and Security Services will be responsible for the day-to-day running and growth of non-defence related business in the Division.

As the Director of Maritime and Security Serivces, the staff will be responsible for the following:

  • Oversees the day-to-day running of the non-defence business in the Division. Ensuring they are conducted in accordance with Company QMS.
  • Develop business growth strategies and convert them into executable goals/KPIs for his staff.
  • Prepare business budget for department in accordance with growth strategies.
  • Track and ensure the attainments of goals/KPIs, budgets and intervene, if required.
  • Report progress at management meetings.
  • Engage account stakeholders, potential customers and industry players to find and secure new businesses. 
  • Prepare business proposals as required.
  • Manage contracts to ensure their proper execution and profitability.
  • Develop and conduct training as required.
  • Provide mentorship, leadership and career development for his staff.
  • Accomplish task as assigned.

 

Qualities We Value

  • Experience in navy, MHA or commerical maritime in leadership appointment for at least 5 to 8 years required.
  • Ability to develop and conduct training as required. Qualifications in adult education preferred; If not, attain WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance within six months of joining the company.
