We are looking for a driven Senior Marketing Executive with a good track record to join our marketing team. You will be working in an agile and fast-paced environment, taking ownership and supporting core initiatives - cutting across all stages of the Marketing touchpoints.

The ideal candidate should be someone with strong communication skills, with experience in marketing, preferably in the technology industry.

 

Be Part of Our Success 

Event Execution and Management

  • Plan and execute engaging events (conferences, exhibition, tradeshows, product launches and roundtables) from concept to post-event analysis, ensuring alignment with corporate and business objectives
  • Collaborate with internal and external parties and business partners to ensure seamless event execution
  • Analyse performance for each event or campaign to track achievement of success metrics and determine areas for improvement

 Digital Marketing and Campaign Management

  • Develop comprehensive and engaging website content for our solutions and products, ensuring that all webpages are consistently updated with the latest information to maintrain accuracy and relevance
  • Assist in creating and managing digital campaigns across social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and digital content platforms.
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social insights to refine tactics and boost ROI.
  • Collaborate with designers and content teams to develop compelling assets (videos, blogs, infographics).

Sales Enablement and Content Creation

  • Craft sales collateral (presentations, case studies, videos, brochures) that align with brand messaging and drive conversions.
  • Collaborate with the various business leaders to drive the development of marketing content, demo scripts and customer case studies.

Internal Communication and Marketing Support

  • Develop a comprehensive internal communications plan to deliver the company’s strategic messages and provide all employees with regular news and information of the business and organization.
  • Manage the creation and production of the company internal communication portal and ensuring timely production and dissemination of content.
  • Collaborate cross functionally with other departments and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure governance of ST Engineering brand voice and visual guidelines on customer-facing marketing/media assets.
  • Assist in other ad-hoc marketing-related tasks as assigned.

Qualities We Value

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields with 3-5 years relevant working experience in Marketing.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Creative, enthusiastic, hands-on professional with effective planning, coordination and project management skills
