As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be involved in designing, developing, and enhancing simulation technologies that simulate real-world land operations with precision and realism. This role demands a strong technical expertise combined with leadership capabilities to guide projects from concept through to deployment. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including software developers, hardware engineers, and system integrators, ensuring that complex systems meet rigorous performance, reliability, and safety standards.

Be Part of Our Success

• Both technical and interpersonal skills to complete assigned tasks and will report to the development team lead
• Technical analysis and design skills to translate requirements into software modules; Design, implement and test said modules, adhering to the assigned timeline
• Design and development for front-end UI/UX and back-end
• Working in a team to analyze requirements and scope up an overall software design
• Working with team members for inter module and cross module software integration and testing to meet delivery
• Handling of assigned project independently, and being able to work well within a team setting to meet overall project objectives
• Liaising with 3rd party components/tools (and vendors) and integrate them into a working solution and deploy them at scale
• Liaising with end-customers to understand system needs
• Doing document write-ups, including designs, operations, and test cases
• Conduct training for software end users

Qualities We Value

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in relevant knowledge/experience.
• Software development knowledge/experience in using programming languages (C++, C#, OOP, etc.) with .Net Framework within the Windows environment and SDLC
• Knowledge/experience of WPF Prism, SQL will be an advantage
• Analytical and creative thinking
• Meticulous, eye for detail and design, pride in delivering quality work
• Positive attitude with strong initiative to work independently, as well as within and across teams
• Strong adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment
