Seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead and oversee the efficient operation and maintenance of IT Systems.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead, manage, mentor and motivate a team size of at least 5 team members, both level 1 and level 2

  2. experience in Sub-Contractor management

  3. Manage/track of IT assets

  4. Develop and manage preventive maintenance program

  5. Coordinate and manage maintenance schedules, change request, service request and repairs

  6. Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure compliance to security and safety standards

  7. Monitor and maintain Service Level Agreement

  8. Manage budget and cost control

  9. Vendor management:

    1. Collaborate with external service providers and contractors when required

    2. Negotiate contracts and manage vendors relationship

  10. Develop and deliver the various maintenance and respective documentation such as incident report, Maintenance reports etc required for the purpose of O&M;

  11. Maintain documentation and records to support compliance efforts

  12. Be the point of contact to customer

 

Qualification:

At least 6 years of experience in IT System Operation & Maintenance (O&M) role with strong knowledge of maintenance best practices.

Understood and practice ITIL framework

Proficient in both written and spoken English

Good team player and excellent leadership and team management skills

Strong problem solving and decision making abilities
