Be Part of Our Success
- Responsible for the stable operation and security of the in-house computer software systems and network connections
- Build, configure, monitor and maintain all network components including routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, leased-lines, ISPs and related systems and diagnose problems with these or with the behaviour of network attached computers
- Provide users with hardware/software support including network and PC troubleshooting
- Perform routine maintenance and upkeep of the server and network equipment
- Liaise and work with external vendors/partners for project delivery and support
Qualities We Value
- Minimum 2 years' practical experience in maintaining and managing data network infrastructure
- Possess with Linux, Windows, VM, Cloud (eg, Amazon and Azure) knowledge
- Able to do simple scripting and programming
- Proven ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Be customer and service oriented, positive working attitude.
- Mature, self-driven and effective team player.
