You will be a key finance partner to our clients to deliver effective and efficient financial services to support their business objectives and operations.  You will undertake a supervisory role and be expected to manage a team of executives.

 

Be Part of Our Success

  • Validate the completeness and accuracy of payments by ensuring that all payments are authorised, comply with prevailing policies and supporting documents are in order.
  • Monitor integrity of system processes by conducting sampling of transactions to ensure payments are in order.
  • Ensure timely and accurate posting of transactions in accordance with documented processes.
  • Ensure that transactional accounting postings to general ledgers are accurate for the purpose of charging to the correct expense accounts.
  • Ensure prepayment, accruals and all liabilities are taken up in the books timely for effective and accurate financial reporting.
  • Processing and maintenance of Claims applications and Records, including Disbursements, Exception handling and Refunds.
  • Attends to appeals and enquiries on grant application and claims.
  • Attends to escalated enquiries on claims.
  • Review existing SOPs, Procedures, Documentations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Review and provide data and information for management reporting and to provide support for external Financial Audit Management.
  • Oversee the daily operations and completion of tasks in your team.
  • Report to and assist Head Training Administration and Operations in other tasks as required.
  • Develop and mentor team members.
  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned.
  • Other ad-hoc projects as may be required.

 

 Qualities We Value 

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, Finance or Accounting preferred
  • Additional professional finance or/and accounting certification, such as ACCA, CPA will be an advantage
  • Experience in Accounts Payable and with Accounts background or equivalent professional qualifications
  • Experience and knowledge in the various training grants, such as PSEA, UTAP, SFC is preferred
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficient in financial planning and analysis
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and industry best practices
