Be Part of Our Success
- Monitor and ensure the accuracy of all the programmes registration, payments, enrolment, attendance and assessment records are processed accurately and timely, and in accordance with all prevailing SOPs, policies and procedures.
- Conducts regular checks on registration and payments, enrolment, attendance and assessments records via the system(s).
- Processing of training administration from pre to post programme activities, including coordination with both internal and external partners and providing logistical support.
- Attends to enquiries and appeals timely and accurately.
- Review existing SOPs, Procedures, Documentations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Review and provide data and information for management reporting and to provide support for external audit.
- Oversees the daily operations and completion of tasks in your team.
- Report to and assist Head Training Administration and Operations in other tasks as required.
- Develop and mentor team members.
- Undertake additional tasks as required.
- Other ad-hoc projects may be required.
Qualities We Value
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Experience and knowledge in similar industry and the various training grants, such as PSEA, UTAP, SFC is preferred
- Strong leadership and management skills
