We are looking for an experienced and proactive Technical Engineer to support the technical development of our Core Platform. The role involves collaborating with vendors, customers, and internal teams to refactor, upgrade, and optimize the platform’s tech stack while also exploring new technologies and AI integrations. The successful candidate will have expertise in modern software development practices, containerization, and platform upgrades.

• Containerization of Tech Stack: Lead the efforts to containerize the existing tech stack using tools like Docker and Kubernetes, ensuring a scalable and efficient platform.
• Vendor Coordination & Technical Solutioning: Collaborate with external vendors to design and implement technical solutions that align with business needs and customer requirements.
• Tech Stack Refactoring: Refactor legacy code and optimize the tech stack, ensuring it meets modern standards, improves performance, and is maintainable.
• Core & Common Tech Stack Upgrade: Lead the technical upgrade efforts of the core and common tech stack, including evaluating and implementing AI integrations and other cutting-edge technologies.
• Proof of Concept (PoC): Develop and demonstrate proof of concept (PoC) solutions for new technologies, particularly AI and cloud-based tools, to evaluate their feasibility and impact.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, track progress, and report regularly on key milestones and outcomes.
• Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, UX/UI teams, and backend developers to ensure smooth integration and delivery of features.
• Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to gather requirements and provide technical support, ensuring solutions are tailored to meet their needs.

Qualities We Value

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in technical development, with a focus on platform refactoring, upgrades, and containerization.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Strong experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and React for full-stack development.
  • Experience with serverless architectures.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
  • Strong experience with microservices architecture and related technologies (REST APIs, messaging systems like Kafka).
  • Experience in AI integration and working with AI/ML frameworks is a plus.
  • Refactoring skills: Ability to refactor legacy code, improve code quality, and optimize performance.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills..
