Our Mission Software & Services business provides leading-edge mission critical command, control, and communications (C3) systems with secured IT infrastructure and managed services. We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Manager to oversee and lead our complex technical systems and integration projects. The ideal candidate will have a broad range of technical expertise, from system infrastructure to application development, with a strong focus on cybersecurity and integration of commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) products.

Be Part of Our Success

• Lead end-to-end system integration projects, ensuring seamless operation across various platforms and technologies.
• Manage and maintain system infrastructure, with a focus on VMWare ESXI, Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), and Windows environments.
• Design and implement bespoke applications and APIs to integrate different COTS products effectively.
• Oversee cybersecurity measures, including host hardening, vulnerability assessments, SSL implementation, and data-at-rest encryption.
• Develop applications using Node.js and Python to support system integration and enhance functionality.
• Manage and integrate various COTS products, including JBoss Apache Reverse Proxy, SenseTime, SAS VIYA 3.5, SAS DMS, Milestone, Elixir DCT, and Thales Encryption.
• Implement and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Azure DevOps.

Qualities We Value

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in technical management or senior technical roles.
• Proven experience in system integration and infrastructure management, particularly with VMWare ESXI, RHEL, and Windows.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices, including vulnerability assessment and encryption technologies.
• Proficiency in application development using Node.js and Python.
• Experience with CI/CD processes and tools, specifically Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with a wide range of COTS products and their integration.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
• Excellent project management skills to handle complex technical projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to guide technical teams and interact with stakeholders.
