Job Description

• Work with Production Supervisor to plan daily production
• Arrangement of manpower based on production needs
• Ensuring manpower are trained and are able to perform daily task arranged 
• Ensuring output targets are met and tabulating of daily output report
• Perform random visual quality checks as per quality process and tabulating of daily quality defects

Job Requirement

• 1 year of production leadership related experience
• Ability to quicky react to situation and perform work arrangements
• Basic knowledge in Words and Excel 
• Basic command in English – write and read
• Ability to work well in a team environment and demonstrate punctuality
