Job Description

- Work with Production Supervisor to plan daily production
- Arrangement of manpower based on production needs
- Ensuring manpower are trained and are able to perform daily task arranged
- Ensuring output targets are met and tabulating of daily output report
- Perform random visual quality checks as per quality process and tabulating of daily quality defects

Job Requirement

- 1 year of production leadership related experience
- Able to quicky react to situation and preform work arrangement
- Basic knowledge in Words and Excel
- Basic read and written English
- Ability to work well in a team environment and demonstrate punctuality. 
- Good eyesight and non smoker
