Flight Test Engineer (FTE)/ Senior FTE

Job Description Summary

The incumbent will collaborate across engineering teams to develop and generate test plans and procedures that will meet the evolving needs of our customers. The role offers the incumbent the opportunity to participate in multiple phases of product development and production activities and to be part of a team whose expertise ensures the success of our engineering projects and programs.

Key Job Accountabilities

• To develop and generate acceptance/ certification test plans and procedures for aircraft/ avionics system/ avionics components.
• To manage and conduct acceptance/ certification test on aircraft/ avionics system/ avionics components.
• Report and conduct presentation on the acceptance/ certification test plan and result to the relevant airworthiness authority.
• To develop, implement and operate flight test instrumentation.
• Able to work in military bases.

Experience and Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering / Aerospace / Mechanical or relevant work experience.
• Entry level candidates without experience are welcome to apply.

Experiences in the following areas would be considered/ preferred:

• Military aircraft/ avionic testing
• Familiar with test instrumentation and design
• Familiar with flight operation support

• Able to make sound and logical decision based on only basic set of guidelines
• Able to work in a Team (i.e., a team player) and comfortable in liaising with people from different backgrounds.
