Responsibilties

• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction in public security sector
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs in public security sector
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
• Lead the bid team in participating tender
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Job Requirements

• Degree in Engineering discipline or equivalent qualifications.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in revelant sector.
• Experience in programme life cycle, financial and risk management.
• Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
• Experience in customer support is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Proficiency in English
• Market knowledge
• Communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build rapport
• Time management and planning skills
