Job Description:

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support, including mailing, scanning and copying documents.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and correspondence.
  • Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate calendars for management and staff.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.
  • Order office supplies, manage inventory, and ensure office equipment is properly maintained.
  • Support event planning and coordination of team activities.
  • Handle ad hoc administrative tasks and special projects as assigned by management.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in business or related field is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, proactive approach to problem-solving, and a strong work ethic.
