Job Description:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support, including mailing, scanning and copying documents.
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and correspondence.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate calendars for management and staff.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.
- Order office supplies, manage inventory, and ensure office equipment is properly maintained.
- Support event planning and coordination of team activities.
- Handle ad hoc administrative tasks and special projects as assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in business or related field is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
