  • Passionate about leveraging on his/her pharmaceutical expertise to identify new business opportunities and foster client relationships.
  • Develop and execute business strategies to increase market share and drive y-o-y revenue growth.
  • Maximize on market opportunities, creative value proposition, and adapt innovative market entry.
  • Identified and secured new clients by understanding their pain points and tailoring solutions.
  • Collaborated with cross-functional teams to launch new products and expand product lines.
  • Conducted market research to identify trends and evaluate competitive landscape.
  • Provided patient-centred care, ensuring safe and effective medication use.
  • Prepare estimates and quotations that exceed customer expectations and as such serve to support the desired image of excellence of service.
  • Collaborated with physicians and nurses to optimize drug therapy and improve patient outcomes.
  • Conducted medication reconciliation and educated patients on proper medication administration.
  • Developed and implemented pharmacy protocols to enhance efficiency.
  • Familiar with product registration and regulatory requirements for therapeutic products and medical devices.

 

 

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmacy and healthcare, including drug interactions, dosage forms, therapeutics areas.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and expanding market reach.
  • Results driven, accept personal responsibility for producing results, individually and as a team
  • Ability to do market analysis, lead generation, pricing model.
  • Ability to interact positively with clients, internal staff, and Company business partners. Thereby, closing deals, relationship management, contract negotiation
  • Data Analysis: Great familiarity with Excel, Salesforce, and other data-driven decision-making models
  • Speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations, demonstrate group presentation skills, timely delivery of information.
