- Responsible for planning, overseeing, and executing projects to achieve specific goals within defined constraints like budget, time, and scope. They lead project teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Planning and Execution: Developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Team Leadership: Motivating, guiding, and coordinating project team members.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicating with clients, internal teams, and external partners.
- Risk Management: Identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks.
- Quality Control: Ensuring projects meet required standards and deliverables.
- Budget Management: Managing project costs and staying within budget constraints.
- Time Management: Ensuring projects are completed on time and according to schedule.
- Scope Management: Clearly defining project scope and ensuring it remains within defined boundaries.
- Communication: Maintaining clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders.
- Problem-solving: Identifying and resolving issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Reporting: Tracking project progress, preparing reports, and communicating with management.
- Performance Evaluation: Assessing project team performance and providing feedback.
Job Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years of related project handling experiences in Electrical System/Conditioning Monitoring System
- Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and Adobe Acrobat is required
- Ability to travel multiple locations on a project basis
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and software.
- Ability to handle multiple projects
- Must possess good interpersonal, communication and supervisory skills
- Good team player with ability to work independently
- Possess a class 3 driving license is an advantage
- Basic knowledge in mechanical / electrical aspect of Power Systems will be preferred
