Title:  Engineer, Environmental Control System

Responsibilities:

• Design, interface, integrate and commission Environmental Control Systems (Fire Protection, Air and Water Filtration, HVAC and Thermal Management) for vehicle
• Perform system design, installation design and documentation throughout the design cycle.
• Perform sizing and selections of components to substantiate design
• Validate performance indicators such as thermal comfort, air quality and filtration capability of the systems in various operating conditions
• Perform failure analysis and present solutions to the customer
• Interact closely with engineers from other disciplines to achieve an optimised design within the stipulated project schedule
• Evaluate cost, feasibility, and implementation of ECS systems

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
• Experience in system design and cradle-to-grave system engineering approach
• Knowledge in refrigeration cycle
• Experience with Computational Fluid Analysis (CFD)
• Possess good analytical skills and ability to communicate with customers at all level

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Can-Do attitude
