Title:  Engineer

Job Description:

• Support product development efforts and all activities relating to improving production readiness, including but not limited to the below points.
• Be directly involved in building, assembling, testing, troubleshooting and improving Unmanned Ground Vehicles (UGVs) and Robotics Systems by working with system experts.
• Handle system integration, testing, data collection, and validation of UGV & Robotic System’s performance.
• Perform electrical and mechanical sizing, ensuring that components are properly sized and integrated.
• Work with electrical and control engineers on prototyping and troubleshooting systems.
• Assist in designing mechanical parts such as chassis and brackets.
• Manage the procurement of components.
• Create documentation, including design specs, test cases, system requirements, and user manuals
• Work with technicians during integration and testing, and help resolve technical issues.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, Electrical/Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or similar fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge and proficiency in system integration, control theory, motors, sensors, and mechanical systems.
• Familiar with CAD and troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Team player with strong communication skills, eager to learn and work in new technology areas.
• Experience building and testing robotics/control systems would be advantageous.
• Experience and/or understanding with communication interfaces like RS232, RS485, and CAN would be advantageous
• Experience and/or understanding of vehicle systems such as drivelines, steering and brakes would be advantageous.
