Title:  Executive (International Business)

Job Description:

• Develop and execute marketing plans to achieve realisable export targets and expand our international customer base.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
• Represent AME IB at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products and services.
• Exceptional communication, written and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product development, to drive business growth and innovation

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in engineering, business or a related field (Defence)
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales or business development
• Defence or Military service background is advantage
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Willingness to travel and attend events as required
