Title:  Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul Engineer

Job Description:

• Lead and oversee engineering activities to ensure the successful delivery of projects within scope, time, and budget.
• Develop, review, and validate technical designs, processes, and specifications to meet quality and performance standards.
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams including project management, quality assurance, and supply chain to ensure project alignment and efficiency.
• Apply engineering best practices and innovative solutions to improve equipment reliability, maintainability, and operational safety.
• Conduct risk assessments and identify potential technical challenges with proactive mitigation strategies.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and technical staff fostering professional development and knowledge sharing.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining rigorous documentation standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through feedback, lessons learned, and process enhancements.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related disciplines) or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in engineering roles within the defence, manufacturing, or Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) sectors, preferably at a senior level.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop and implement effective engineering solutions.
• Proficiency in technical software and tools relevant to engineering design and analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration across diverse teams.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
