Responsibilities

• Strategy Development: Support R&D and Innovation strategies align with business objectives.
• Emerging Technology Trends: Keeping up to date on emerging technology trends, competitor analysis and market research to inform R&D strategies.
• Partnership Development: Seek collaboration with IHLs, RIs, start-ups to leverage, learn and implement best practices to foster an innovation culture.
• Competency management and development: Align common competencies across business units and with group level, seek improvements for staff career development via Competency Management System.

Requirements

• With more than 5 years of experience in engineering development, research administration or management, or similar roles
• Prior experience in project budgeting and financial management
• Knowledge in different engineering functions
• Excellent communication skills
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Adaptability and flexibility
• Ability to conduct technological analyses and research
• Plus: Knowledge of technological trends to build business and technology strategies. Good knowledge on AI and Robotics.
