Title:  Material Management Executive

Job Description:

• Maintain the flow of materials from warehouse to workshop necessary for production and operational success.
• Lead and develop the materials handling team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages continuous improvement and innovation.
• Manage the spares delivered from warehouse and check against the pick list generated by SAP system.
• Inspect and verify incoming materials for quality and quantity.
• Process rejected or non conformance spares upon rejection by Operations Team
• Manage the Automated Storage Retrieval System (ASRS) and ensure spares are securely stored in the ASRS.
• Develop and implement inventory management systems that optimize storage.
• Generate monthly report on the ASRS and ensure Operations Team collect the spares on time (within 3 working days)
• Generate RFQ and WIP report for Quality Service Team on a monthly basis for Customer Meeting (secondary role)

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Logistics and Material Management.
• A team player
• Good communication skill
