Title:  Operation Manager

Job Description:

• Lead and manage the maintenance teams.
• Supervise and lead all maintenance process and operations.
• Oversees overall operations, profitability of the area of operation under his charge.
• Assist in establishing operational targets in tandem with the Company’s goals and targets.
• Perform day to day coordination, risk management, liaison, control, and supervision of resources including all maintenance team members, sub-contractors, internal and external maintenance related parties and customers to ensure that the project meets its objectives.
• Provide regular project reports/updates to customers, internal departments, and management.
• Ensure that works are executed in accordance with the contract requirements and Quality Standard set by the Company and the Customers.
• Organise and guide the engineers and supervisors to achieve high productivity, good quality standards and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain open dialogue with customer to achieve good customer relationship.
• Take deterrent action against any individual or group who have infringed the site safety rules and regulations.
• Investigate accident / incident occurrence on site.
• Conduct regular workplace safety inspection.
• Main Point of Contact with the customer in the base.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or equivalent
• At least 3 years of work experience as a Department Head in an automotive or other relevant maintenance related industry.
• Strong project & people management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently within tight schedules.
• Self-driven and excellent team player.
• Requires minimum Class 3 Driving (manual transmission) license, Class 4 or 5 driving license is preferred.
• Registered Security or Safety officer licence will be an advantage.
