Title:  Operations Engineer

Job Description:

• Assist in the development and execution of operational plans to drive efficiency and improve service delivery.

• Oversee the daily operations of the CSC Mechanical Systems Projects Team and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement effective solutions.

• Monitor performance indicators and prepare reports for upper management, highlighting trends and suggesting actionable strategies.

• Facilitate training and development programs to enhance team competencies and skills.

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and synchronization of efforts across the organisation.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Management or a related field.

• Proven experience in a managerial role within a mechanical engineering or operations environment.

• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and maintenance processes.

• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.

• Proficiency in project management tools and operational management software.
