As a Program Manager within the UAV Division, you will be responsible for leading diverse teams, managing project lifecycles, and coordinating cross-functional activities to achieve business objectives. Job Description:

• Lead, mentor and develop a multidisciplinary team focused on production and drones assembly within the UAV Division.
• Manage day-to-day operations to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including engineering, production, and supply chain teams, to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to support business growth and operational excellence in advanced material engineering.
• Prepare and present detailed reports and performance metrics to senior management for informed decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, health and safety standards, and company policies.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Aerospace, or related disciplines is preferred.
• Proven experience in a Program managerial role within engineering, aerospace, or advanced manufacturing sectors, preferably with exposure to UAV technologies.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate and develop teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of managing diverse stakeholder relationships.
• Analytical and strategic thinking abilities, complemented by strong problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under pressure.
• Familiarity with advanced materials, composites, and manufacturing processes is highly desirable.
