Title:  Programme Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in tender project management and maintenance costing & quotation
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, solutioning team, project management, to gather necessary information for proposal development
• Ensure proposal fulfil the tender scope and align with customer requirement
• Analyse programme risks and develop the necessary risk mitigation plans
• Manage customers' requirements and expectations
• Responsible to manage the planning, execution, monitoring, controlling and completion of programmes
• Ensure that the programmes being managed are aligned with the company's policies, commitments, and goals
• Develop, coordinate, and communicate the programme management plan
• Develop and manage the programme budget

Job Requirements:

• • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the engineering industry
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Microsoft Project is an added advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
