Title:  QA Engineer

Job Description: 

• Plan, organise and execute the quality assurance activities at in-process and final QA process stages
• Prepare acceptance test plans and work instructions for the inspection and test of the first article and series Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) units
• Plan and execute acceptance tests for first article and series production units
• Identify special skills and special test equipment that are to be made available or acquire for acceptance of the products
• Identify and evaluate quality problems, relating to the product, process and quality system, to initiate, recommend or provide solutions
• Initiate actions to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity relating to the product, process and quality system
• Conduct failure investigation, monitor and ensure closure of corrective/preventive action
• To perform inspection of MRO units

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering with at least 2 years industrial experience in quality assurance field
• Possess Class 3 driving license will be advantage
• Knowledge of military vehicles or armament will be an added advantage
