Title:  QA Project Engineer

Job Summary:

The QA Project Engineer plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our company product through rigorous testing and quality assurance practices. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing comprehensive test plans, and overseeing the quality of the product lifecycle from design and development to production phase.

Job Description:

• Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining Quality Assurance Plan for production of our company products.
• Benchmark, develop and implement inspection methods and procedures to meet quality objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality considerations into the entire project lifecycle.
• Participate in product testing during design and development cycle and support in product/process qualification.
• Interpret and analyze mechanical drawings with attention to details.
• Identify, document, and report defects or anomalies, working closely with cross-functional teams to address and resolve issues promptly.
• Facilitate meetings for Material Review Board (MRB) disposition.
• Support in internal and external audits.
• Execute in accordance with the Company’s Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.
• Stay current with industry best practices, tools, equipment testing in our company system and quality assurance.
• Any other duties assigned by Supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical information to diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Strong interest in quality assurance, project coordination, and the related industry.
• Proactive and detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintain high standards of quality.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities in coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve quality objectives.
• Possesses strong time management skills, excels under pressure, and demonstrates the capability to multitask efficiently within demanding timeframes.
• Ability to write technical reports.
• Flexibility and adaptability to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings with knowledge of measuring equipment.
