Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development:

    • Support R&D and Innovation strategies align with business objectives.

  • R&D Management and Funding:

    • Manage R&D and secure external funding and grants for R&D projects and collaboration.

  • Emerging Technology Trends:

    • Keeping up to date on emerging technology trends, competitor analysis and market research to inform R&D strategies.

  • Partnership Development:

    • Seek collaboration with IHLs, RIs, start-ups to leverage, learn and implement best practices to foster an innovation culture.

 

Requirements

  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in a related field

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Problem-solving aptitude

  • Adaptability and flexibility

  • Ability to conduct technological analyses and research

  • Budgeting and financial management

  • Knowledge of technological trends to build business and technology strategies.      

  • Good knowledge on AI and Robotics is a plus.
