As a Senior Executive, Sustainability and play a pivotal role in shaping and advancing the company’s sustainability agenda. you will collaborate closely with our businesses to conceptualise, plan, and drive sustainability frameworks. Your efforts will ensure that group-wide initiatives are aligned strategically across various Lines of Business (LOBs), optimising resources and delivering consistent, impactful outcomes that further ST Engineering's commitment to sustainable development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination and integration of sustainability initiatives across multiple departments, ensuring a harmonised and efficient execution aligned with corporate goals.
• Conduct continuous review and evaluation of the sustainability portfolio; recommend enhancements and propose innovative, technology-driven interventions to elevate long-term impact.
• Develop and manage programmes targeting carbon footprint reduction, energy conservation, and waste minimisation, supporting ST Engineering's environmental stewardship.
• Partner with operations teams to assess and embed sustainability criteria into workflow processes, driving improved energy efficiency and process optimisation.
• Benchmark organizational energy and carbon metrics against industry standards and best practices; provide insightful recommendations for performance improvement.
• Oversee the collection, validation, and comprehensive analysis of Sustainability Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to provide accurate data-driven insights.
• Prepare detailed management reports, dashboards, and strategic insights that support decision-making for internal stakeholders, external disclosures, audits, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage the integrity and accuracy of sustainability data and contribute actively to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reporting frameworks, scorecards, and regulatory submissions.
• Drive and support sustainability communications, campaigns, and engagement initiatives designed to cultivate organisational awareness and foster a culture dedicated to sustainability principles.
• Lead efforts in preparing nominations and submissions for ST Engineering and recognised external Sustainability Awards, showcasing organisational achievements.
