Responsibilities

• Responsible for the development, solutioning and management of robotics business for both local & overseas customers
• Manage programmes and resource planning within teams
• Understand the current and future technology trends to steer the company’s focus to identify market demands based on customer needs
• Understanding of Robotics, Autonomation and Unmanned Systems Technology
• Identify customer pain points and work with relevant departments to formulate solutions for the purpose of product development
• Must be willing to travel overseas (whenever required)

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical or Electronics or Mechanical Engineering (Other Degree will be considered)
• At least 5 years' experience in commercial and/or military robotics system or related field
• Candidates with hands-on or in-depth robotics / robotics technology knowledge will be an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Proficient in speaking and writing in English; proficiency in other languages will be an advantage
• Proven track records in program management
