Responsibilities

• Responsible for the development and execution of Programme Management Plan including planning, budgeting, monitoring & controlling, till completion of assigned programmes.
• Responsible for resource allocation and availability.
• Responsible for programme’s risk management; its evaluation, mitigation, escalation and resolution.
• Measure programme’s performance such as progress status, financial performance, related programme indicators and provide periodic updates.
• Manage internal cross-functional teams, stakeholders within the Programme Management Team.
• Ensure that the programmes are managed in accordance with company’s policies, commitments, and goals.
• Manage customers’ requirement, provide programmes periodic updates and interfaces with customers.
• Validate completeness of programmes and related information & documents.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering discipline or equivalent qualifications.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Programme Management.
• Experience in programme life cycle, financial and risk management.
• Qualification/Certification in related programme management such as Project Management Professional (PMP).
• Proficiency in MS Office, Project Management tools
