Title:  Systems Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Prepare Requirement Tree in accordance with Tender/Contract requirements
• Prepare System Engineering Management Plan (SEMP), Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), project schedule, System Requirement Compliance Table and System Family Tree
• Prepare System Design Review (SDR), Preliminary Design Review (PDR), Critical Design Review (CDR) & Final Design Review (FDR) documents and presentation material
• Prepare and assign weight budget and space envelopes for sub-systems
• Prepare system functional block diagram and master flow chart
• Conduct interface/system level checks
• Consolidate list for Safety & Reliability Critical Items and corresponding Characteristics (SCI/SCC & RCI/RCC) and ensure identified components are inspected accordingly
• Review and approve Drawings, eBOM, Test Plans, Test Reports, System/Sub-system Specification
• Prepare Final Product Specifications (FPS)
• Manage Development Change Notes (DtCN) and Engineering Change Orders (ECO)
• Conduct / support platform or subsystem level trials
• Compilation of documentation and slides for presentation to customers
• Preparation of presentation materials and design review documents

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and written skills
• Experience in system engineering and project management are an advantage
