Title:  Technical Specialist (Robotics Systems & UGVs)

Responsibilities:

• Development of Unmanned Ground Vehicles (UGVs) & Robotics Systems by researching and recommending ways to improve their performance, working with technical experts.
• Coordinate with cross-functional team members for system integration, assembly, testing, and qualification of UGVs & Robotics Systems
• Conduct and coordinate structured testing of UGVs & Robotics Systems to validate system and subsystem performance.
• Work with external vendors and internal teams to align design requirements and ensure smooth collaboration.
• Support business development activities by synthesizing requirements, defining specifications, plan, drive and track the solution process for the team.
• Ensure that all necessary documentation (designs, system requirements, production details) is organized for manufacturing and production.
• Conduct market research to understand new trends in robotics and unmanned systems technology.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, Electrical/Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or similar fields.
• Relevant experience in project management or product development in fields of robotics or equivalent.
• Experience in systems design, system integration, and team management.
• Good communication and management skills to handle both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of robotics and unmanned systems.
• Hands-on approach when needed, with the ability to collaborate in a dynamic team environment.
• Experience in building and testing robotics/control systems would be advantageous.
