Title:  Warehouse Executive

Job Description:

• Managing 3rd Party Warehousing and Logistics
  • Oversee and manage the efficiency of the warehouse inventory systems. o Ensure Inventory accuracy and Inventory movement are timely.
  • Implement good inventory controls measures to governance the goods and conditions of goods in Warehouse.
  • Manage Warehouse KPI in accordance to the contract and Company’s Standard Operating Procedures.
• Collaborate with Operation; Warehouse and approved vendors for the write off and disposal of control and non-control goods.
  • Effectively and efficiently on the entire scrap processes.
  • Proper Disposal documentation

Job Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/ Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or Logistics & SCM equivalent
• Must have good communication, interpersonal skills and be pro-active.
• Experience with databases and spreadsheets
• Ability to create digital reports.
• Prefer to have SAP knowledge & MS office
