Job Description:

  • Supervise and lead maintenance team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
  • Oversee day to day operations, ensuring the adherence to maintenance schedules and protocols
  • Ensuring workshop is equipped for maintenance tasks
  • Monitor and implement quality control measurement to ensure standards of workmanship on all activities
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and workshop policies, promoting safe work environment for all staff
  • Management of workshop cost and sales optimizing resource utilization
  • Prepare and present operational report to upper management, conveying important KPI
  • Facilitate effective communication and workflow within the organization
  • Inspect equipment for defects for systems.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standard set by customer
  • Perform test and ensure equipment meet requirements
  • Document findings and prepare detailed report

 

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in fleet management or vehicle maintenance, preferably in a similar role
  • Good understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and management
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
