Title:  IT Support Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of new systems and system changes.
• Manage IT assets and IT systems in terms of supporting, troubleshooting and administration.
• Ensure new PCs are set up in accordance with Company’s policies.
• Support in Cybersecurity matters e.g. PC hardening.
• Work with different stakeholders including internal and external parties e.g. equipment suppliers for IT systems’ hardware and software matters.
• Involve in Disaster Recovery Exercises for various systems.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
• Implement changes to systems after office hours including Sundays (when required).

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology or related fields.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in IT system support role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and computer knowledge.
• Knowledge in AWS cloud, network setup and programming language will be an advantage.
• Possess good attitude, time management, and coordination skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to learn new/latest technologies
• Able to work well independently or in a team environment.
