Description:
The Inspector will take on an active role in ensuring that vehicles follow LTA’s standards and guidelines.
Key Job Accountabilities
- To perform road worthiness inspection on vehicles and ensure compliance with LTA's standards and guidelines.
- To perform monthly maintenance/repairing of test lanes equipment
- Conduct daily checks, lanes equipment's maintenance and housekeeping of the lanes and its surrounding.
- Perform work related tasks as determined by Supervisors / Management.
- Able to carry out shift work duty / Trial run / Overtime on Saturday when needed.
- Must be able to work from different location when required.
- Any other duties as assigned by superior from time to time.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Possess a valid local Class 3 Driving License. Class 2b will be an advantage.
- At least NTC 2/3 in automotive mechanic / Nitec in Automotive Technology or equivalent
- Good teamwork, positive attitude and willing to learn.
Reporting Relationship
- The incumbent reports to the workshop Supervisor
